Greetings,

Here are the latest pictures and update on the new model homes at Loma Vista in San Antonio.  After the completion of the setting the form boards, the slabs were poured.  Exciting to see how quickly the empty dirt lots begin to take shape of a new home.

It’s pretty impressive how the construction crew builds the supporting forms and pours the slab.  Once removal of the forms happens, the framing components are prepped for installation.  The slab is extremely important to assure a quality built home for all home buyers.

Other activities happening at this time include rough grading of the lots.  The rough grading takes place to assure proper drainage of the home.
