FieldStone is now at week three of the new Loma Vista model park and it is moving fast!  The siding is up, the windows are in and the electrical work has started.

Framing and Mechanical is the third inspection checkpoint on our Eight-Step Quality Checkpoints Program of a FieldStone Certified Home.  Also at this inspection checkpoint, FieldStone will bring in an independent inspector and the city inspector to make sure all is 100% before we move on to inspection step four.

2-Story Model At Loma Vista

As you can see on the 2,588 square foot two-story model,  we are now offering the new Prairie style lowE double-pane windows. They sure make this new model look sharp.

This model will show 4 bedrooms with a loft and offers a large pantry and laundry area.  The family and living areas are also very spacious and offer plenty of room for the family.

Your family will really enjoy the overall floorplan of this model.

Single Story Model At Loma Vista

The new one-story 1431 square foot model is a great layout for a young family.  It will show 3 bedrooms, a large master walk-in closet, a spacious living and kitchen area and a separate laundry room. This will be a great floorplan for many first time home buyers in San Antonio.
