Greetings,
We survived all the big rains and are getting ready to hit it hard. Our third party inspectors will be out tomorrow and we are looking forward to a 100% on our inspections. The rain has put us a little behind but not much.
As you can see our shingles have been put up and look really nice. Our Owens Corning shingles have a 25 year warranty and are applied per manufacturer specifications over radiant barrier decking. This combined with our already ENERGY STAR Certified Home makes this home extremely energy efficient.
The wood-burning fireplace is being installed in our 2588 two-story model. Our fireplaces meet all applicable safety standards including the double wall flue piping system. Our fireplaces are also equipped with fresh air-venting to ensure ease of operation.
As you can see in our 1438 one-story model the new sloped ceilings are being framed in. This is a new option now being offered along with 9 ft ceilings by FieldStone Homes.
