Every FieldStone Home is a FieldStone Certified New Home which means every home goes through an Eight-Step Quality Checkpoints Program that helps us build structural character into every FieldStone home.

These inspection points help us ensure your home meets our high construction standards every step of the way.  Today at Loma Vista, we are in our second inspection process which will give us the ok on our Interim framing.

FieldStone Homes builds each and every new home with an engineered structural roof truss systems.  This means that the margin of error in construction is minimal vs. a “stick frame” build.

Engineered roof truss systems have been successful for over 50 years and are standard on every new FieldStone home.

Our component wall system ensures straighter and structurally sound walls while being environmentally friendly to reduce waste.

Next we will proceed to adding windows, siding and roof decking which will be our third inspection.  Look for our update later this week.
